3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Non-Business Days: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays
  • Peak Periods: Processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand seasons or promotions
  • Dispatch Confirmation: You will receive an email once your order has been shipped
  • Tracking Updates: Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch
  • Delivery Address: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout

10. Lost, Missing, or Undeliverable Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Unclaimed or refused

Reshipping may require an additional fee.
